Postage and handling within Australia is a flat rate of $9.90
Please allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery within Australia.
All deliveries must be signed for. Please provide a daytime/work delivery address where someone is available to sign. A re-delivery fee will apply if not signed for. 
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

International
Postage and handling outside Australia is a flat rate of $20.00
Overseas orders may take longer to deliver.  Please allow 7 to 15 working days for delivery outside of Australia.
All deliveries must be signed for. Please provide a daytime/work delivery address where someone is available to sign. A re-delivery fee will apply if not signed for. 
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
With Cozzie Shack, you can be assured of total customer service and satisfaction! 
If you’re not happy with your item, we will happily exchange or provide a credit note for returns within 14 days on the following conditions:

     *  Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your items.

     *  All goods must be returned unworn in the same condition you received them and all labels and tags/stickers must be attached.

    *  Please include the invoice you received with your order when exchanging or returning items.

     *  Return postage is free of charge for the first exchange!  Postage costs for all additional exchanges are your responsibility.
