Your privacy is important to us and Cozzie Shack is totally committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers.

Cozzie Shack will only collect personal information such as names, home addresses, email addresses, age, etc., when a visitor voluntarily provides it in the process of ordering products or registering with the Cozzie Shack website.

Cozzie shack will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you, e.g. arranging for a product to be sent to you, carrying out credit checks or for the purposes of customer research or where we have your express permission to do so.

Our security procedures mean that we may request proof of identity before we reveal information. This proof of identity will take the form of your email address and password submitted upon registration. You must therefore keep this information safe, as you will be responsible for any action, which we take in response to a request from someone using your email and password. We would strongly recommend that you do not use the browser's password memory function, as that would permit other people using your terminal to access your personal information.

Please note that if a parent does not permit Cozzieshack.com.au’s use or collection of personal information or has instructed Cozzie Shack to delete a child’s personal information, a child's participation in those activities for which the information has been requested may not be possible.

Cozzie Shack recommends that parents/guardians monitor and supervise the online activities of their children to prevent them from disclosing any personal information without parental permission. Visitors to Cozzie Shack's website who are under 13 years old should not submit any personal information without a parent/guardian's permission.
